Our session begins with a mini photoshoot, where we capture beautiful portraits of your birthday baby or, depending on your chosen package, sweet family moments together.

Then comes the main event: the Cake Smash! We bring out a beautifully decorated cake and let your little one explore, play, and have fun, while we capture every adorable, messy moment.

To top it off, our optional Splash Session is the perfect way to clean up and wind down. Your little one can enjoy a bubbly bath, providing more playful, candid photos to complete this unforgettable experience.

Absolutely! We offer a variety of adorable themes to make your cake smash session extra special. Check out the carousel below for a glimpse of some of our popular options. If you have a specific theme in mind that you don't see here, feel free to ask – we're always happy to explore new ideas!
Cake smash sessions are typically scheduled around your baby's first birthday, but they can be done a bit before or after the actual birthday.
If you wish to have the edited pictures before your little one's birthday, we advise at least 3 weeks before.
We recommend booking your session as early as possible to secure your preferred date.
If you choose an existing theme, you can book as early as 10 days before the desired date but for a more bespoke theme, we require at least 2 weeks’ notice.
Bookings made after required periods will be accepted at our discretion. Contact us to for availability.
Bookings made less than a week before the cake smash date will incur a £30 surcharge.
Cake smash sessions are an hour long, but I usually capture all the photos we need in about 45 minutes. This gives your little one extra time to warm up to the camera, relax, and have fun smashing that cake!
Also, if you opt for the additional splash session, an extra 30 min will be added.
Please note that any extension of the session will be charged £10 per additional 15 minutes.
Our vegetarian cake is specially made for little ones, with less sugar and colours that match your chosen theme. If you have something specific in mind, just let us know beforehand, and we'll see what we can do.
If your little one suffers from allergies, please contact us before booking.

We encourage clients to bring their own outfits to ensure a perfect fit and style for their little one. However, we do have a small selection of outfits at the studio that you're welcome to look through prior to your photoshoot. Please keep in mind that these are limited in size and availability, so it's best to plan on bringing your own outfit as the primary option.
Our Gold package is the only one that allows family photos, covering just the birthday child's parents and immediate siblings. For extra family members like grandparents, cousins, or others, additional charges will apply depending on the number of people. Feel free to reach out to us for more information!
You'll receive an email within 5 working days with a link to your online gallery, where you can view all those adorable cake smash photos!
Of course! You have the option to purchase the entire pre-edited gallery for an additional £40.
Once you receive your gallery, you will have 7 days to select your favorite photos for final editing. Past this period, the photos will be only available as pre-edited.
Once your selection has been sent to us, we'll have them ready for you within 14 days.
We understand that sometimes you need those memories a little faster! For this reason, we offer express editing for £40, getting your fully edited photos to you within 2-4 days after the session (subject to availability, please inquire before booking).
We can print 6x4" photos right here in the studio. For larger prints, canvases, calendars, and other lovely options, you can order directly from your online gallery.
